The service

ConveyMatch compares conveyancing quotes from participating firms and introduces you to the firm you choose. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal services or advice, and are not responsible for the legal work carried out by firms.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates calculated from fee schedules published by firms and the information you provide. They are valid for the period shown, and the firm will confirm its fees in its own client care letter. Property taxes are not included.

Choosing a firm

Submitting a request does not create a contract with the firm. The firm must accept your instruction and complete its own checks. You don't pay ConveyMatch anything.

Coverage

We compare a limited panel of participating firms for properties in England and Wales only.

Referral arrangements

Participating firms pay ConveyMatch a fixed monthly membership fee. We do not receive a referral fee or completion fee from the firm you choose, and membership does not affect the price you pay or the ranking. The firm's disclosure is shown before you submit your request.
