Buying with Islamic finance
Home purchase plans (HPPs) are Sharia-compliant alternatives to conventional mortgages. They need a conveyancer who acts for your provider.
How it differs
With a home purchase plan, the provider usually buys the property with you and you pay rent on their share while buying it gradually. The legal documents are different from a standard mortgage, and the conveyancer must understand them.
Provider panels
Like mortgage lenders, HPP providers only work with firms on their panel. ConveyMatch checks home purchase plan panel confirmations separately from ordinary mortgage panels — a firm confirmed for a provider's mortgages isn't automatically confirmed for its HPP.
Fees
Firms typically charge an Islamic finance supplement. If a firm hasn't published one, we won't show a price for your case from that firm.
Listing a provider in our search doesn't mean any participating firm is on its panel.
