ConveyMatch is inviting a small group of SRA and CLC regulated conveyancing firms in England and Wales to join as founding members. Firms can list residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, or both, each with its own fee schedule.

Enter price bands, supplements and disbursements with correct VAT treatment. Test the calculator before submitting. Each approved version is locked, so past quotes never change.

Lender panel control

Confirm the lenders and products you act for. Clients only see you where you can genuinely act.

Checked instructions

We review every request before releasing it to you. You see client details only once a request is released to your firm, then accept or decline and update milestones.

How joining works

Create an account and verify your email.
Complete your firm profile, including your regulator and number.
We verify your firm and agree your membership in writing.
Publish your fee schedule and lender panels for approval.
Once approved and switched on, you appear in matching comparisons.

Ranking is by price or verified rating only — there's no paid placement.

Membership

£149 per month. No VAT is charged.
No referral fees and no completion fees.
Setup and onboarding included.
Four-month minimum term, then 30 days' notice to cancel.
Paid by Direct Debit (GoCardless or a similar provider). The first payment is due when you join, before setup.
