Who we are
ConveyMatch is operated by Connected Conveyancing (UK) Ltd ("we"). Registered details will be published here once confirmed.
What we collect
- Quote details you enter (transaction type, price, tenure, lender, partial postcode). You can see results without giving contact details.
- Contact details (name, email, phone, preferred contact method) only if you choose a firm or request a callback.
- Marketing preference — only if you tick the separate opt-in box.
- Campaign source (for example, which advert brought you here), stored with your request.
- Account data if you create an account, and data provided by law firms about their business.
How we use it
To produce comparisons, review your request and pass it to the firm you chose (with your consent), contact you about your request, keep records of quotes provided, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the firm you choose, and only after we release your request to them. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Retention
Retention periods are to be confirmed during legal review.
